An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. k444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and will notify the account holder via registered email before any such fee is applied. All deposits on k444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum first deposit is Rs 200. k444 does not charge any deposit processing fees on its end, though your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside k444's control.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your k444 PKR balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK) are typically credited within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. k444 does not permit withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one from which the original deposit was made, unless expressly agreed to in writing by k444's compliance team following a completed KYC review.
k444 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts. These limits may be adjusted at k444's discretion and may vary by payment method, account verification status, or responsible gaming settings applied to the account. Players subject to deposit limits they have set themselves through the responsible gaming tools may not increase those limits instantaneously — increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
k444 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and free play offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds credited to a k444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds remain in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific offer terms; failing to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
k444 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, or exploiting any technical error or loophole in the Platform's bonus crediting system.
Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance — and any winnings derived from that bonus — immediately voided. k444 reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse without prior notice.
k444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to bonuses already claimed and in active wagering by a player.
All bets and wagers placed on k444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. For cricket betting, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series, k444's cricket betting rules apply in full. For live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, game shows), the rules of the specific game as displayed within the Platform apply. For slot games, Pearls of Bingo, and Super Wheel, the individual game rules displayed within each game interface apply.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your PKR balance. k444 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, or bets placed due to a technical error on the Platform.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in circumstances including: match abandonment, event cancellation, technical failure affecting bet placement, or where k444 determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. k444's decision regarding void bets is final.
Winnings from casino games, sports bets, slot spins, and all other wagers are credited to your k444 PKR balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. k444 reserves the right to withhold or void winnings where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, match manipulation, or any form of cheating.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, payment processing delays, third-party software errors, or interruptions to live betting markets during PSL matches or other sporting events.

You may close your k444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any real-money PKR balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following a final KYC review.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice being given by either party, the matter may be escalated to k444's designated dispute resolution process. k444 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to provide a full written response within twenty-eight (28) business days.
k444's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account standing — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be considered final and binding unless demonstrably incorrect or in clear violation of a specific written provision of this Agreement.
